Tony said, "This picture was taken 15 min. after my daughter Serina was born. She is in the arms of her Grandmother in the delivery room. The reason of concern is, of all the pictures of ghosts that I have researched since I have had this picture developed there has been no ghost the color red. There was nothing in the room that could reflect this sort of configuration. What has startled me the most is that image is not all the way to the left, like if there was something wrong with the still. The picture frame number is 18 . I figured that ruled out over exposure to light if it was not frame 1 or 24."
