These photos were sent by Tim Johnson of tjohnson@vbimail.champlain.edu.
According to Tim's letter, "These photos represents my first attempt to take a ghost photo. It was about 9:15 PM at Beardslee Castle in Little Falls, New York on hte night of May 30, 1998. I used a Ricoh Shotmaster AF Super 35mm camera with Fuji 400 film."
"The castle is supposedly haunted. It was built as a personal residence in 1860, and went through a few hands and a couple of fires that burned the place down to the stone. One of the former owners committed suicide in the building. Now it is a restaurant and catering hall. I've inclosed the exterior shot just so you could get an idea of what it looks like. We didn't see anything unusual, but since it was haunted, I went around and snapped a bunch of pictures just in case."
Dave's Notes:
Notice the small white orb on the floor. This is the most common form that the spirits of the dead will appear as on film.
