Dave and Sharon Oester's twenty plus years as ghost researchers and was the basis for the home study course, conducting more than 1,500 field investigations and recorded over 5,200 EVPs. They share all of their knowledge and understanding so the reader can become a more efficient ghost hunter. Ghost hunting is more than just chasing ghosts; it is about understanding death, grief, love, and the nature of ghosts, including the reasons why ghosts are earth bound.
This is the first time that our home study course is available in book form. This book is the 2011 revised updated version of the original home study course offered as a download PDF file by us. It is for ghost hunters who want to improve their ability and their knowledge, but not necessarily want the certification.
Upon completion of this book, the reader may become certified by the International Ghost Hunters Society by ordering the test questions and completing the open book test. Upon successful passing the test, certification as a Certified Ghost Hunter or as a Certified Ghost Researcher will be issued.
