Vortex in the Mirror

This photo was submitted by Scott at zephyr@qconline.com.

According to Scott's letter, "A few days ago my boss, a residential appraiser, took these pictures with her DC-40 Kodak Digital Camera. Looking closely at the vortex looking thing in the mirror it appears that it is next to the camera's right side. If you are not familiar with this type of camera the flash is on the left and the lens is on the right. The len's field of vision has about 70 degrees, so it's possible that the flash could of had hit the vortex but not initially spotted by the lens from the original standpoint."

Dave's Notes:
This is the first photo of a vortex captured in a mirror. The second photo is the enlargement of the vortex and the third photo shows some kind of anomaly.
