Sharon said, "This photo was taken on June 7, 1998 in the wee hours of the morning at a club called the 'Dungeon' in the New Orleans French Quarter.
Dave's Notes:
This anomaly is simple to explain. The streak is the contrail left behind by an orb in motion that entered the picture going from right to left but changed direction to move downward. Notice the lower end of the streak and you will see it is a round end which is the orb itself as the shutter snapped the photo at 1/60th of a second.
