According to Larry, "The first photo was taken at my brother's wedding.  I don't think the orbs were caused by any lens flare since there were no bright light sources around.  The second photo was taken on Easter Sunday.  In this case, the streaks don't appear to me to be caused by the sun since the shadows show the sun high and to my right.  I also do not believe it was caused by chemical or overexposure since the streaks do not extend into the sprockets of the negative."
