According to this person, the first photo was taken in 1947 in Minneapolis, MN. The second photo was taken in 1978 in Fresno, CA. The round reflection on the back wall is from the round ceiling light in the top right hand corner of the photo. The bottom photo was taken in 1958 in Kent, Washington. It was cold but no fog that morning.
