This photo was submitted by IGHS member Andy Keyser, PA Ghost Hunters Society, at strider5@prodigy.net taken seven years ago while doing some historical research at the site of a small battle in Central Virginia called the Battle of Payne's Farm, west of Fredicksburg. I took seventy photos and this was the only one with the strange anomaly.
