Jan said, "We were out for a very few moments this evening - a few moments only because it's about -27 degrees C outside right now! I did manage to capture this lovely orb, tho - it's only a day or so away from the new moon, so it was a totally MOONLESS night, very cold but no snow and no wind. It's quite a good orb too because it almost seems 'solid'. I wish we could have spent a few more minutes out but nearly froze my digits off!"
