This is the tenth year of offering our home study courses. We were the first to offer study courses on the paranormal, from courses on ghost hunting to paranormal investigations. Five years later other groups started to offer limited courses, but none are as complete or comprehensive as those from the International Ghost Hunters Society. We share our 18 years of experience, protocols, and techniques in all of our home study courses. We were the first to offer a study course for new ghost hunters. Dr. Dave Oester is the author of the ghost hunting formula related to weather patterns. The formula is as follows: Sunspots = Solar Flares = Solar Storms = Magnetic Shift = Increased Geomagnetic Fields = Increased Ghost Activity = Good Time for Investigations.
