According to her letter, Cheri said,"This photo was taken by me at a family reunion in Watkinsville, GA at the 'old house'. The original structure dates back to the late 1700's (this is the section of the house to the left). The section to the right was added before the Civil War. The house has been in my husband's family for at least a century. I saw no mist at all when I was taking the photo. The day was warm, but not particularly humid."
