According to her letter, Cheri said "This photo was taken by my stepdaughter Teri last July, 1996, when she was 14 years old. The statue in the photo is of John Wesley and is located in one of the squares in Savannah, GA. You may not know it but this man had some psychic talents while he was alive...maybe this vortex is related to him."

Dave's Notes:
This photo is an excellent view from inside of the vortex! Look at the ectoplasm forming on the circular patterns toward the upper portion of this photo. I wonder what we would see if we could examine what was through that opening? It almost looks like a portal to another dimension, what do you think? This is not the first photo that has this strange and intriguing circular pattern.
