According to his message, "This picture has a most interesting story attached to it. Ralph Meaney was in Florida on 12 January 1997, south of Daytona, FL. The picture is frame number 17 on a roll of 24 pictures. The first 16 pictures were of the space shuttle during a launch the previous night. Then there are five frames exposed, the last of which contains this image. The other four frames contain a single small light in darkness growing larger in subsequent frames as if it were moving towards the camera. Following those seven frames are the remaining pictures Ralph took of race cars at Daytona.

Ralph said that after photographing the space shuttle launch, he went back to his motel room and went to bed. He remembers nothing that might have happened to him that night, and said he slept soundly. The next morning his camera was where he had left it in the room. He discovered the five anomalous frames only when he got back the pictures after having the film developed.

Dave's  Notes:
This photo is similar to others we have posted on this website. As I view this pic, I see the white ectoplasm streaks that contains multiple tracks of rapid moving spheres of light. I base this on my observation of other streaks that reveal spheres contained within moving rapidly. This photo I believe supports my theory that the vortices and streaks represents a vehicle like structure that collective spirits travel through from one location to another. I believe that the other light streaks could also be explained based on previous explanations of this phenomena.
