Barbara said, "This photo was taken of me in 1992 at Columbus, Ohio at a Camp Chase emcampment. I never paid much attention to white marks in the picture until I began looking at your website photos. Could this be a ghost? Camp Chase was a Civil War Prision Camp during the Civil War, as well as a recruiting camp I believe."
