They said, "They were both taken at the old Peoria State Mental Institution which closed down about 20 years age, and which had been open since the early 1900's. We have visited the abandoned grounds many times, as well as researched it's history and such. Some information is available at Justin's web site: http://www.geocities.com/Hollywood/Boulevard/2832."

This picture were taken in an area in one of the tunnels that run under the grounds where patients were transported from one building to another. The photo (of what looks like a room, but is actually a section of a tunnel) shows quite clearly some white apparitions."
